01 General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal agreement between puji9 ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). puji9 is an online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh, operated through the domain https://puji9.cam.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

puji9 takes the protection of minors from gaming very seriously. Our platform is only for individuals aged 21 years or older.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Driving license (if applicable)

05 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds into puji9. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method operated in the name of the registered account holder.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Deposited amounts will generally be credited to your account within a few minutes.
• For failed or pending transactions, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, that portion cannot be withdrawn.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

puji9 reserves the right to request additional verification information on any transaction. We monitor all transactions as part of our compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

puji9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

Each new member may receive the welcome bonus only once. To withdraw after receiving the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Accepting a bonus is optional — you may deposit without a bonus if you prefer.
• One bonus offer cannot be used alongside another at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• If a member attempts to abuse a bonus, their bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the offer. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• puji9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

puji9's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Through regular and active play you can advance to a higher tier and enjoy greater cashback benefits. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on puji9 are governed by the following rules:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant bet.
• Any winnings obtained from a system error are not valid and may be reversed.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• For live betting, the decision to accept or reject a bet at the time of odds changes is at the platform's sole discretion.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football (FIFA) and other sports. The specific betting rules for each sport are available on the website. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the relevant bet may be returned to the original stake.

Casino Games

Rules for slots, live casino and table games are determined in accordance with the game provider's regulations. The outcome of all games is determined fairly using an RNG (Random Number Generator).

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the puji9 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Making deposits using third-party funds.
• Operating an account using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus abuse, bonus farming or any attempt to defraud the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Placing bets on behalf of other members or proxy gaming.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the game software or servers.
• Abusive behaviour towards other users or platform staff.
• Using coordinated strategies or cartelling to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, we reserve the right to close the account without prior warning and forfeit all funds and winnings.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

puji9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Security risk to the account.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Available funds can be withdrawn before the account is closed, unless the funds are on hold due to a dispute.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Software errors from third-party game providers.

• Any circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Our maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual funds in your account at the time of the dispute.

14 Rule Changes & Notifications

puji9 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. If there are any significant changes, we will notify you in the following ways:
